Step 2: Mastheads, Mail Panels, Coupons
Once your order is placed, we’ll set up a masthead for you that will print on the top of every issue. If you’re using a 4-page newsletter, we can also design a mail panel (so you can use the piece as a self-mailer), as well as a coupon panel. The coupon panel can be used to list your services, offer a referral bonus, drive customers to your website or promote a seasonal service. If you want to promote a seasonal service, we can set up an entire year of coupons ahead of time so you don’t have to worry about it during your busy season.

Step 3: Printing
We print each issue on a set schedule for efficiency and timing. We print a full color base and then print your masthead, mail panel or coupon on the base. The newsletters can be folded in one of four standard folds.
Step 4: Shipping
We ship your newsletters to you by UPS at no extra charge. If needed, Focal Point can even handle the mailing of your newsletters to save you time and postage. Each issue is timed to bring you the best seasonal information at the best time.
